Can I Cancel an order
Cancellation is possible within 6 hours of placing the order and if it has not been dispatched yet, whichever is earlier. If an order has been dispatched then only return guidelines are applicable. Customised and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. If the cancellation has been accepted then you would be eligible for a refund. All Refunds due to Cancellations are subject to deduction of payment gateway charges.
In case of decision to cancel and within the allotted time, please send an intimation to info@nimida.in with order number and reason of cancellation.
The cancellation of your order is only possible pre-dispatch, by mailing us and confirming the acceptance of the cancellation request. (During working hour, i.e. Mon-Saturday, 10:00am – 6:00pm, and except the Govt. holidays).
Please allow us 15 days to credit the amount into your account.
Can I return a product ordered from nimida.shop?
All product are explicitly final sales and non-returnable on the website. We have 48 hours return/ exchange policy applies after receiving your order for eligible conditions. The refund amount is only on the order value and does not include the shipping cost, if charged separately.
Customer is eligible: Buyer may raise the return/ replacement request for any one of the following reasons:
- Wrong item sent
- Received damaged package
Customer is not eligible: For the below return/replacement
- Any product/ products which has been customised or made to order
- Ordered by mistake - Wrong size / colour / product ordered
- No longer needed
- Customer opened the primary packaging
What do I do if I notice that the package is damaged or wrong item has been sent?
- For Products purchased on nimida.shop, in the event the customer notices damaged or wrong item has been sent, or delivery box/package seems to have been tampered, raise the request within 48 hours from Delivery time to info@nimida.in.
- Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package.
- Customer must share photographs (Exterior image of the box from all sides, Interior image with packaging, damaged product image, image of the shipping label) with Customer care team in case of damaged or wrong product.
- Once video and photographs are ready, please intimate on info@nimida.in with contact detail, order number and description of issue.
- All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories.
Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:
- Return request is made outside the specified time as specified above.
- In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.
- If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by nimida.shop / nimida.in at its sole discretion.
- If Product has been used by the customer.
- If Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.

How can I return items?
Once a return has been authorized by us you would need to pack the product and stick the address/return label before handing the product to your courier company at your shipping cost.
All returns should be sent to the following address quoting the order number.

Once shipped, please email to info@nimida.in the AWB number and a scanned copy of despatch of AWB.
How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your returned items in our facility, our team will check the same and once accepted will authorize and initiate the refund process for all eligible items. Shipping cost incurred by you can be claimed separately upon submission of proof of shipping cost.
The refund will be issued within 3-5 working days to your Banking account from date of receipt of the package in our facility. We would ask you to provide your Net banking details to facilitate an early NEFT/UPI transfer of the amount.
If customer is willing to accept replacement, the same will be sent upon confirmation on email to info@nimida.in.
What happens when I refuse to take delivery or unable to take delivery?
Customer is responsible for providing correct name, address, email and mobile number. Wrong address or phone number can lead to undelivered shipment and would be marked RTO by courier.
If a customer rejects delivery from the courier company or is unable to receive the package from the delivery personnel, the package will be marked as RTO by courier company when courier company’s reattempts are exhausted. Decision in this matter is at sole discretion of courier company.
Upon, receipt of the return package at our facility, refund will be issued within 3-5 days, with the following deductions:
1. Payment gateway charges
2. Shipping cost to and fro.
