Shipping policy

We usually ship in private couriers through Shiprocket, Shree Maruti Couriers etc.

When do we despatch?

We usually despatch between 2 to 3 working days from order date.

What is the shipping delivery time?

Our shipping delivery time will happen in 4 to 8 days from the date of placing order.  Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.

We appreciate our customers buying during Holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods during Holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public holidays.

Request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Mandatory Requirements for shipping:

Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State, Pin code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate number to ensure proper delivery.

Domestic Orders:

The following conditions are applicable for shipping within India:

Free shipping unless otherwise stated during an offering on the website.

Extra shipping charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required at the time before shipment of order.

Unforeseen reasons

In case of any unforeseen reasons like natural calamities, strike, riots, bad weather condition, restrictions imposed by local, state or central government or loss of inventory, we fail to ship within 4 days from date of order, the order will be cancelled by us, upon intimation to customer on email / phone or both.

Full refund will be made within 15 working days in this case.

All legal Disputes are subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction.
